The silo foundation is generally provided by the customer. But we do provide the foundation ring with anchors and an installation description. For calculation and dimensioning of the silo foundation, we offer verifiable silo statics including the foundation load data. And don't forget to install cable conduits! We would be happy to provide you with an installation proposal.
We can also deliver ready-to-install foundation plates (two-part) for silos with diameters from 3.0 m to 4.2 m and a total height of 10 m to 12.5 m. You will need a load-bearing surface which is prepared in accordance with our installation proposal. The dead weight of the foundation plates ensures the stability of the silo. Standardised foundation plates facilitate the implementation of your silo project and enable you to relocate the silo at a later stage.
However, ready-made foundation plates will not release you from obtaining an official approval for the installation of the silo!
The ground must be frost-proof, stable and level.
The foundation plate is delivered in advance and must be installed at no cost to us before delivery of the silo.
