Coupling tables (distribution stations, diverter tables) in automated material feeding systems are increasingly equipped with RFID technology in order to track the material flow, while at the same time preventing human error due to incorrect coupling of the material hose pipes.
Our TWIST couplings were specially developed for the attachment of RFID technology. We offer a SIEMENS Profinet interface for the higher-level control of the material feeding system. Via this interface we provide all relevant status data of the RFID sensors and tags.
